Hi Fellow Income Builders:

The new TV series The Biggest Losers just started their new season a few nights ago. I woke up this morning thinking about how hard its going to be for them to lose all that weight. In one lady's case she weigh in at over 450lbs, so she easily has to lose 300 pounds or two averaged sized women, during the season.

Then, a light came on in my head! Losing weight is just like making EXTRA money in network marketing...ITS HARD! Why? Because it takes massive amounts of EFFORT, DISCIPLINE and DETERMINATION OVER AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME!

You see those people are so fat for the same reason 99% of the people in the world retire either dead or dead broke!

GREED AND LAZINESS

Greed sometimes is good, but when its dealing with TOO MUCH food, its always BAD.

Greed when it comes to becoming financially stable and in control of your future is always GOOD! The greedier you are for more control of your money and time with your family, the harder and longer you'll work to reach your goals!

If you want just an extra $500 dollar a month from a business, it will take a certain amount of greed to make you want to work hard and long to build your income to $500 a month. Its not easy. If it was easy, most people would do it, right? Think about the number of people that applies for credit when they need extra money!

Its the same with LAZINESS when it comes to gaining an extra 300lbs. Its much easier to put on 300lbs than take it off. You don't even have to think about it, JUST KEEP EATING more calories than you burn off consistently over an extended period of time!

When we eat, we are in control of the out come. That is easy. When we have a job with a little bitty pay...we are also in control. All we have to do is go to work on-time, do our job, and we will DEFINITELY (most of the time) get paid at least SOMETHING on payday!

Being in a business of your own making takes you out of control. We decide to work or not to work. No one will be looking over our shoulder threatening to fire us for not doing our "home work" job. We may work hard and still not get paid for all of our efforts on pay day, because we didn't get a certain qualification.

However, over an extended period of time, hard-workers always lose weight and likewise, over an extended period of time, hard-workers also always build a stable income!

I MEAN ALWAYS!!!

Here's one other example I thought about recently:

A friend of my wife and I recently decided she would go back to school. This friend was an SFI affiliate, and worked to build her business consistently for about 3 months last year. She did cover her monthly SFI payment from her business, and made a NET profit during those 90 days! But, according to her, the money just didn't take off fast enough!

I asked her about the program of study and she said it cost $10,000, and the course takes 9 months to complete in the medical field. She goes to school 4 hours per day like clock work, and studies an additional 4 hours per night with all her homework, without fail! If she quits, or fails the course, she loses her possible JOB and her ALL her $10,000 in tuition MONEY!

In the end, if she passes or qualifies, HOPEFULLY she'll get a job that pays $25,000 per year! Sounds good and normal, and what everyone else does to get a GOOD JOB, right?

Wait a hot MINUTE:

Do the math on that! What if she took 10% of that money and CONSISTENTLY advertised her SFI business, and what if she took 10% of that time and CONSISTENTLY worked placing other FREE ads on the internet.

What if she took another 10% of that same daily time she's devoting to classes and study motivating and working with her NEW DIRECT and DOWNLINE affiliates helping them to see the need to get through the VersaPoints to Team Leader status and develop their own duplication and motivation system through all 7-levels?

NO I'm not guaranteeing that she will be earning $2000 per month in 9 months, but then again neither is the college she's already paid her $10,000 to from a loan. I'm not saying her income will last 10 years! But, neither is the college. No one can look into the future.

Either way, she still has to pay that money back over 10 years...EVEN IS SHE'S NOT WORKING IN THE MEDICAL FIELD!!! The difference is with network marketing, SHE'S IN TOTAL CONTROL OF HER INCOME AND HER FAMILY'S FUTURE!

No one will ever tell her she can't work for her business, or she will have to layoff from working with and building her downline because the economy is so bad.
No one will say that her income will definitely NOT be going up next year, or that it has a limit based on her education level or work habits!
NO, she will NOT have to put her kids in daycare FOREVER, and FOREVER be too tired to take care of her husband after working all day!

I hope you get the point...building YOUR own income is all about self-discipline and controlling your thoughts, and your time, just like losing or not gain too much weight!

by Creating Achievable Milestones

I know that in Network Marketing Sales, "The only way to fail is to quit." But I'm having trouble convincing people in my Network about that. How do I get them to stay involved long enough to start seeing some success?

This is one of those timely "Great Questions" that comes up again and again, and there are lots of great ways to answer it. Making sure your people are motivated by helping them stay clear on what their own personal goals are . . . making sure they have the tools they need and know how to use them . . making sure their efforts are supported by three-way calls and meetings until they've got their "sea legs" securely under them - all these are sound approaches.

But there's another answer - one that's perhaps more basic and essential. Let's run the numbers, take a practical look at the conditions you've got for your people to get involved and stay involved.

There are two things which prevent most Network Marketers from achieving success: They don't make $300 per month quickly enough; And their downline distributors don't either! Surprised? You're not alone.

But the truth is that $300 is the income-earning threshold below which there is no Network Marketing Sales organization- because there are simply no Net workers to make one.

Networking Enemy #1 - Attrition.

No one in this profession likes to talk about attrition. Why not? Because it undermines the profession's primary benefit that we recite in our prospecting routines. You know the rap: "You sponsor 10 people, and they sponsor 10 people, and they . . . and pretty soon. . ."

Now, how successful would you be as a prospector if you said instead: "You sponsor 10 people, and then nine drop out, and then the one who's left sponsors 10 people and nine of THEM will drop out, and. ." That sounds like more of a positive pro-active pitch, now, doesn't it? But it is the truth!- At least, it has been true for most Network Marketers.

Please note that when we say "attrition," we're not just talking about the downline, that impersonal genealogy of all the distributors in your organization. We're talking about you - one individual Network Marketer.

But what really hurts is that an 80-to-90 percent attrition rate means that 80-90 percent of all efforts as well as all the efforts of your downline organization are lost in spinning your wheels. i.e., sponsoring numbers of folks into your organization only to have them leave before they've had the chance to be successful!

As Dayle Malohey says, "The problem with most Network Marketers is that they quit before payday."

But what causes this high drop-out rate'! And what can we do about it'!

Ask open-ended questions and you're bound to get long, equally open-ended answers. CEO s and master distributors alike have given us all sorts of philosophies on why distributors leave our profession. I'll mention some of those reasons in a bit, but to find the empirical "truth" let's rephrase the question.

At what point do Network Marketers NOT drop out of their organization?

Specifically, how many dollars per month in compensation does an MLM have to earn before a high percentage (let's say 95 percent) do NOT dropout?

Just about everyone we spoke with answered: "$300 to $400 per month, sustained for at least two or three months. And "by when" do they have to make that amount? Six to nine months is best, with one year being the longest time allotted. And what if they don't? They leave the organization at a rate of 80 to 90 percent per year. And if they do achieve $300 per month? They stay on board and usually become even more successful.

This law is true for you, the individual distributor, just as it is true for your downline, a group of individual distributors just like you.

Have yourself - and have each of your downline achieve $300 or more per month in bonus compensation within six to nine months, and you and they will stay in the organization and produce! And by the way, retail profits don't count in this scenario, because the whole point is residual income.

And your downline will be certain to stay the course if you teach the truth about this business to them. This duplicable system is as easy as distributing copies of this Report to each person in your downline.

So why don't most Network Marketers ever get to the $300-per-month level?

Answer: Poor prospecting / sponsoring, and lack of knowledge about this industry and how Network Marketing Sales really works, all of which leads to unrealistic expectations. The way you prospect and sponsor each individual into your program sets up their expectations for success . . . or for their failure.

A common approach to prospecting and sponsoring is the pie-in-the-sky, get-rich-quick, let your downline do the work while you "stroll the beaches-see the world" routine. This method can set up your new distributors for failure almost immediately, because the truth is that 98 percent of all Network Marketers DO NOT EVER reach those heights--and most certainly do not do so within a year.

This creates a "lottery" mentality that in turn creates delusional dreams about what this business has to offer . . and then dashes them. With this style of prospecting - sponsoring, even if a distributor did reach $300 per month, they'd probably feel like a big failure, because they were set up to make $30,000 -- NOT $300-a-month.

We have a common misconception in this business that $300 is such small potatoes, it's not even worth mentioning - just so much chopped liver.

Tom "Big Al" Schreiter relates a wonderful story about a man who came into the business with the goal of making $300 a month. Not $10,000 or $20,000. Just $300 a month.

The man achieved that goal fairly easily and stayed at that $300 income level for a number of years. That didn't seem very ambitious to Tom - especially for such an obviously gifted and capable guy - so, he asked the fellow about it.

The man told Tom that he took his initial $300 and accelerated the mortgage payment on his home, paying it off in record time. He then used his free-and-clear equity to buy a second property, rented it our and applies the "extra $300" in the same manner he had with his own house. In less than five years, he ended up owning five income properties and was virtually financially set for the rest of his life. All by virtue of the $300 a month he earned through Network Marketing Sales.

What other common mis-statements do prospectors often make?

You won't have to work for a living" ..."You can become a millionaire like my UP LINE . . ." (flash UP LINE's mega-check here) . . ."Network Marketing is the answer to all your financial woes" . . . "MLM can fulfill all your dreams."

While none of these statements are outright lies, and all actually quite often are true for a few leadership distributors, they do set up false expectations for the novice Net worker. Try instead statements like, "Network Marketing Sales can offer you greater time and freedom as you can work this business anywhere, anytime you choose." Or, "You can achieve a part-time or full-time income that can supplement or replace your current source of income, making enough in a few hours a week to pay for your car loan, a college education . . ." etc.

When linked to the prospect's "WHY," these statements set up value in the opportunity and yet don't create unrealistic expectations for what this business has to offer.

THE $300 SOLUTION

Now, what would happen if you told your downline (or told yourself!) that the first step to MLM success is to get to that $300 a month level within six to nine months - or maybe even a year? What happens to their expectations now?

What would happen if you told them the real truth about this business: When a distributor reaches a monthly compensation bonus of $300 per month he or she will not drop out! This is a point of no return! There is no turning back!

When they get to that $300 level, you and your organization MUST recognize and acknowledge their level of achievement. After all, in this recognition business, $300 a month is a "rite of passage." Call it a coming of age and celebrate it like a bar mitzvah. Like puberty, it becomes a point of no return! It is a bridge into adulthood where one may not ever return to being a child!

When you celebrate this coming of age, you set up a great expectation for your entire group. Imagine for a moment that you told your downline that the amount necessary to achieve the no-going-back level was $2,000 for the first level of real achievement and success. But share the $300 Solution with them and make a public celebration out of every distributor achieving this level, and they will not drop out, because they've learned to expect that distributors earning $300 monthly do not quit! Once they learn the truth about this business, they will operate within that truth! It will become a law of Network Marketing Sales nature.

Note also the difference in their attitude when they achieve only $150 per month. Within the old paradigm of "getting rich," $150 would have left them feeling like (and therefore, being!) a failure.

Now, when they reach $150, they'll say, "I'm halfway home!" What a difference! So, how do we get to that magical $300 -per-month benchmark?

You and your downline are halfway there already, because you are now armed with the knowledge of the $300 Solution. Since most new Network Marketers haven't a clue as to how this profession works, they usually don't know what's expected of them. They have no realistic goal. Perhaps their goal is not specific and probably has no basis in fact even if they do have one.

But now, they can have a realistic goal that's achievable, and backed up with research about this business. They now can have realistic expectations for themselves, and for their future downline, too!

As for the specifics of how to get them to the $300 level in your organization, that depends somewhat on your product and your compensation plan. So, do a little research on your own program and establish several scenarios for your distributor group and teach them how to get to $300 a month as soon as possible!

Help your downline members get to this level by prospecting and sponsoring distributors WITH THEM. Partnership is the key. Three-way calling and three-way sponsoring interviews are two powerful partnering tools you can use to have virtually anybody at $300 in very quick time. What's more, if they use three-way with all their people the way you did with them, imagine the dependability AND duplicate-ability of that!

If you want more of your people to stick with it-- and with you, too--inject the $300 Solution into your teaching and training routine. Don't be afraid that you'll scare off those "heavy hitters" with an eye to more sky-high incomes. These folks will clearly and quickly see the virtue of`a system that has hundreds and hundreds of part-time Net workers (potentially in their organization) all earning enough to stay in business.

And just for fun - and for the present and future possibilities of profit - take out your calculator and crunch some numbers to see what would happen if you were to merely diminish your own organization's attrition rate by, say, 10 to 20 percent. I think that you'll find what you've got there, in terms of your own check, is a good deal more than $300!

People who make $300 a month in this business within a relatively short
period of time stick around. People who don't - do not. It's that simple!

Many affiliates write us all the time asking how to get people in their downlines motivated to upgrade to an Executive Affiliate.

This is not a simple proposition. Think about it this way. If someone approached you on a street corner in New York City and told you they would give you $10,000 if you would find 1000 people to voluntarily give you their name and email address, what would your first reaction be?

Your response to that question will give you the answer to why people do not join and upgrade to EA in SFI, right away. It's like this. If you have credibility, their belief level will go up exponentially.

Imagine if the person who was making the offer was a bummy lo0king individual. The prospective affiliate's first thought would be...why haven't you done it, if it works so great?

Now, imagine if that person was Donald Trump, one of the richest men in America? The belief level of the average person will go straight up...knowing Donald's back ground as a money-maker!

Everyone you see and meet is skeptical about "money making" offers. They see them as just another "money taking" offer. Everyone knows someone who has lost money trying to make money on and offline. They don't want to be the next victim. The more credibility you have, the more likely that your prospective EA will be to follow your lead to spend their hard earned money trying to earn more money.

How Do You Gain Credibility Prospecting Offline?

Years ago, at a time when the founders of The Roc Group were looking for a solid opportunity to create an offline business, we were introduced to a new telecommunications business opportunity called Excel Communications.

They were holding opportunity meetings in an upscale hotel in our city. After several invitation, we finally decided to go and check this "business opportunity" out. We were so impressed, we all signed up the same night, paying $125 each!

(After building his company to 2 billion-dollars in revenue in 8 years and going public, Excel shareholders agreed to sell us out to a competitior 3 years after we joined...who chose traditional advertising over network marketing.)

How did those presentors gain immediate credibility with us so much so that we chose to part with our hard earned money, on the spot?

First of all, they chose a really swanky hotel meeting room. Someone had to be making money to afford that place, right? The real truth was, they took up a collection from the reps every week to pay for the meeting room.

Secondly, they had a large audience. Certainly all these smart looking business people had to think this was a good and viable business plan, and were making money already, right? The real truth was, the opportunity was brand new in our city, so very few reps were earning money yet, and they were all in the "honeymoon period" in network marketing.

That's the first few months, just before affiliates/reps realize that the money will not come as easy as the presentors suggested. Its kind of like the first few months of marriage, for those who are, or were married.

Thirdly, they showed us how big money could be easily be earned within 60 to 90 days. The real truth about the marketing plan was, you would earn some money right away, but to earn "big" money like they suggested, it would take the "customary" 1 to 2 years of consistent word of mouth advertising efforts, as with any other viable network marketing opportunity. In other words, big money when you are earning enough to say you can quit your day job, if you wish!

Gaining credibility offline is much easier, then online. All you need is is an "image of success". Most people are instantly impressed when they see a guy driving around town in a new, shiny 740 BMW. Wow! He must be making money, right? The truth might be that he is renting the BMW with money he just gained in a slip and fall accident lawsuit.

However, if he can get enough people to believe he is already successful and earning his money from this business plan, then over time he will eventually get enough people to join so that he will become a success! That's really how every business work. Every McDonald's Franchise business-owner starts out with a business loan, right?

No one starts out in a franchise with net profits in the bank, the very first day! But, with a proven business plan, over time the franchisee will get in profit, without a doubt. Its the same principle in network marketing.

How to gain credibility online?

Now that's a tougher proposition. Anyone, can put together a website with few pictures of a big house, fancy cars, and exotic vacations, right? They can even put themselves in the pictures. Or should I say, put a good looking model type in the picture and claim to be that person. Any reasonably smart person should know that.

To gain credibility with your prospective EAs online is a process. First of all to be credible, you must first be an Executive Affiliate, yourself. You should also have advertised enough to have some FREE affiliates in your downline, and preferably a few other EAs.

If you don't have any affiliates, and even if you do, you should always recruit to your upline. In other words, talk about your upline's success in your writings. That's why having a successful upline leader is like starting a franchise with big business loan.

If you started the first McDonald's resturant in 1958, and you had THE big idea with a little store front resturant on a back street, you probably would have very few people who would be willing to try out your hamburger.

But, with a big loan and over 40+ years of business success, today you can put out the golden arches, and a fancy building on the main street and sha-zam...INSTANT CREDIBILITY! People would flood your resturant on opening day!

Your upline gives you this same type instant credibility on a smaller scale.

How big is your upline's organization? How long has he been in business promoting SFI? Where is his blog? What type of support does he give to FREE affiliates in his group to help them reach their goals. Does he have a system of doing business that can be easily duplicated? Does he have intro webpages to the SFI sponsoring site that new affilates can duplicate?

All this gives YOU credibility that YOU were smart enough to join such a successful business group. If your affiliates upgrade to EA, they will feel they have a good chance at the same, or greater success. Why keep searching for some other business opportunity that is not proven? Between SFI's 20+ years of success, their proven system of doing things, and an upline that is "responsive" and "supportive", what else would a sincere hard-working individual need to succeed?

You see, there are over 10,000,000 affiliates in SFI, why too many fail?

They all joined and had the exact same opportunity, and information, right? Why is it then, that 90% do not net one red penny? The plain truth is, the sincere, hardworking ones do not have upline support, and guidance.

The 10% of the affiliates that upgrade and reach a profit, all are following a system of doing business that has been proven. They execute either their upline's system or blindly follow SFI's proven system. You gain credibility you must regularly contact each affiliate with a system of doing business that yields measurable results over time.

Sure your successful upline will have a system to regularly contact your downline for you, but they were sponsored directly by you. You will get paid the lion's share for their success. Why not do your part for the team, and keep them up on your business building efforts and successes.

Everyone has joined programs online, only to get totally ignored by their sponsor. Most uplines, even in SFI, will not even write you back when you write them with a question or ask for information.

When you do not write your affiliates or prospects back, that DESTROYS YOUR CREDIBILITY.....instantly!

Who wants to spend their hard earn money joining a program, only to be ignored by the person who will financially benefit for their hard work? Set your mind to write everyone who writes you back within 48 hours or less. That builds credibility for upgrading!

Not everyone that you write initially will respond, but do your part, just in case this person is a real diamond in the rough that only will be revealed after some vigorus sifting over time.

Many affiliates join lots of different programs, and think this is the route to success. When they keep getting disappointed over and over, and you keep writing them over the years, demonstrating YOUR SUCCESS in one program, they will eventually "see" the BIG picture!

The bottom line is this:

Building a network marketing business is all about building trust and consistency within the individuals you sponsor. When your FREE affiliates continue to see you build your business over the years, and making progress up through the ranks in SFI, that will motivate some of them to follow your lead. Anounce every promotion you get, announce every qualification, announce when you reach milestone totals like the # of EA, or TLs or total affiliates in your downline.

It will all start with your hard work and remaining steadfast in your advertising efforts. Since the internet is the great equalizer, anyone, any where in the world can join your downline group.

Its not like you are limited to working your business building efforts in a small town of say 2000 people, unless you are able to travel a lot. Its not like you have to spend half off your free time making hundreds of phone calls to people who don't want to hear from you.

That was what network marketing used to be like in the pre-internet days, and lot of people still earned millions!

As an SFI affiliate you can build a large downline in over 200 countries. You should always think to yourself, "It's not about the land, its all about the man or woman. If it is to be, its totally up to me!"

What a difference 1 year makes! We started out with zero affiliates, for the first month, and only 14 affiliates by the end of the year of 2006. But, what a difference persistence makes.

Although, we had built large downlines in two other failed network marketing companies, (loosing over $12,000 on the last one), we never knew if SFI would have a similar growth result.

When we started in SFI we created a Yahoo Group called, "10,000 Members In 360 Days"! Our goal was to use the $30,000 in risk capital we had on hand, to work through those members to build our SFI business, by making their first SFI product purchase of $29.95 so they could get upgraded to Executive Affiliate. By April 2007, our downline had grown to over 700 SFI affiliates. We shut down our Yahoo Group, and started to focus on "working with the willing". We contacted our upline sponsor in SFI, and found out he had been in SFI 4 years. He had only 560 affiliates in his entire downline, and most of them were produced by The Roc Group! We knew then that we were on to something BIG!

Over the next 7 months, we consistently advertised our business in Yahoo Groups, and paid for our affiliates to upgrade when they completed their Yahoo Groups Income Building Plan. The Magic of 5% to Build Your Business!

Do you want to GUARANTEE more Executives Affiliates on your 1st level over time?

In the first 8 months in SFI, our downline quickly developed into over 4037 FREE affiliates. According to Google Analytics, we know the mathematical conversion factor was 5 percent (.05). In other words, 5 percent of the total hits that were logged by Google turned into 1 FREE affiliate.

That being the case, our downline produced over 80,000 total hits on the SFI urls during those 8 months. (80,000 hits x 5 percent is about 4000 signups.) We also knew that of those first 4000 FREE affiliates, our downline has produced 214 Executive Affiliates, that upgraded at least 1 month. Again, 5 percent. (4000 free affiliates x 5 percent is about 200 qualified Executive Affiliates.) What if you could put this equation to your advantage? What if you could get 400

When we look through our downline report, we can see most of the affiliates have not updated their accounts with a business name for their SFI url registration website.

Speaking of having a business name, several years ago I attended the seminar of a Million-Dollar earner in the previous Network Marketing company we were involved in. He gave a good illustration to show the importance of having a business name, especially when you are trying to sponsor top producers.

SUCCESS TIP: Where is the best place to find Executive Affiliates?

We all joined SFI for one of two reason, either freedom or money! It is only natural when you start a marketing plan, that the tendency would be to advertise among the people we know best. That can be good or it can be bad. Let me explain.

To be successful in an online business, first of all you need lots of people to advertise to. Your target audience should be people who can afford to buy what it is you are selling. Let me illustrate:

Let's suppose you wanted to build a top notch, international, brick and mortar company that built say computers, and you needed to hire the first 50 employees.

After advertising for employees, you acquired 125 applicants that could speak, read, and write English fluently. The next group were 125 applicants that didn't speak or read any English at all, and they spoke almost as many different languages. Which group would you more or less have the best chance of getting the 50 best employees to START your company?

Better said, suppose you were so successful with your company that you wanted to invest in an NBA basketball team. To build a championship basketball team, you had 10 players that were under 5 foot 8 inches tall and 10 players that were over 6 foot 5 inches tall. Which group will you have a better chance of winning lots of games?

The point is this, although it may seem natural to advertise to people in your own language, or from your own country, most of the countries around the world don't have easy access to a hard currency in the masses!

The Roc Group has an affiliate on our 4th level, that has personally sponsored over 450 people on his first level.

He has sponsored more people then any other individual in our downline. Guess what? He is not actively pursuing his SFI business. As a matter of a fact, he was only upgraded for 1 month, after qualifying for us to make that payment with our Yahoo Groups Income Building Plan.

What happened to him?

He advertised mainly in his own country! Ninety-eight percent of his affiliates did not have access to Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Western Union or even international money orders. How were they going to get the money into SFI to upgrade?

Only a few were smart and industrious enough to followed his lead and completed the Yahoo Groups Income Building plan to use The Roc Group's money to get upgraded.

If he had followed our marketing plan, and focused his advertising in the top 3 countries in SFI that had the most paying Executive Affiliates, USA, Canada, and the United Kingdom, with his hard work ethic, he would have sponsored maybe just 150 affiliates, instead.

But, people in those countries have the money to upgrade if they can see the benefits of SFI. His chance of getting 3 to 5 Executive Affiliates, would have been pretty good.

To be successful in Network Marketing you must have a large group of people who will agree to purchase products from one particular company each month, automatically.

SFI has over 100 top products that people consume worldwide, ever day. If you build a downline group of say 100,000 people, and they each agreed to purchase $30.00 worth of products from SFI that they can consume in a month, you would generate over $3,000,000 in product purchases for SFI each month.

Even if SFI paid you only 3 cent on each dollar generated as a result of your hard work, that would give you a $90,000 monthly income. WOW! I know that sounds like a dream. But, is it really? People are doing that and more in Network Marketing every day!

Here's the problem. How do you personally get 100,000 people who are serious enough to purchase products from SFI each month? That's the million dollar question. And quite frankly, that's the reason why most people do not choose Network Marketing as a career. They have not been effectively taught the KNOW HOW of building such a large organization and income!

What we will do here today, is teach you the fundamentals of how to simply put such a large number into small, easily attainable goals to get it started.

The best way to do it is to teach you the Formula of Network Marketing Success. This formula is something The Roc Group developed over the last 10 month working REPETITIOUSLY as an affiliate of SFI.

We used this formula to start from zero in November of 2006 to grow our SFI business into over 6400 affiliate as of today. We predict that by the time we are in SFI 1-year, we will have over 10,000 affiliates in our downline. The formula is simple, but very powerful. This is it:

Repetition + Duplication + Multiplication =
Guaranteed Success in SFI

Let us make it plain:

There is a time-tested rule to building a Network Marketing business that is a measuring stick of how successfully you are in executing your business plan in your attempt to build a large income in any network marketing company.

Just like a new born baby, everyone must start at the beginning by themselves. But, with hard work you will first learn to roll over on your stomach, first learn to crawl, then walk, and before you know it you are running a large prosperous business. However, just like a baby it will take time to grow through this process by repeatedly trying. What happens if a baby stops trying at any step in the process? That same thing will happen if you stop repeating the process to success in Network Marketing.

The Roc Group call this Network Marketing rule:
The Rule of 1 x 2.

Basically, when you start your network marketing career with SFI, your first goal is to follow a marketing system to find 1 or 2 people who will share your vision for success using SFI, that are coachable. To be coachable, is like being a rookie player on any team. You must realize that you are new, and you will need instructions for getting thing started right with minimum errors.

You will agree to follow all the informations given, and will not second guess something your coach will tell you that you don't understand. You will agree to do the task first, then ask questions later. Your first goal is to personally find 1 or 2 people with that same attitude to get your business started by joining your first level as an SFI Executive Affiliate.

How do you find these 1 or 2 people that are coachable?

You do that by using a system of advertising to get the word out about your SFI business. The best place to start is with your friends and family. Being coachable, you will simply make a list of at least 100 people that you know. The bigger the list, the more predictable the results. Then, you must systematically REPEAT a contacting process until you have contacted everyone on that list. Simply let them know what you are doing and ask their opinion of it.

You can just say you developed a new website and you want them to tell you what they think, or ask them what you can do to improve it. That way there is no pressure to get them to take a look. You are not initially asking them to join or purchase anything. They will at least be curious enough to check it out, since very few people have a website. Send them this link to your SFI store:

Within 24-hours, follow up and ask them what they thought about it. Ask them if there was anything on the site that you could improve. Ask if there was any one product they thought was interesting or valuable. If they are at all interested in earning money, they will start asking you questions.

Don't be discouraged in the beginning if no one respond in a positive way. Most people will shoot it down right away as a waste of time, and money. If they are friendly towards the idea of you having a website, but not for themselves, ask them to be a customer by purchasing a product from your SFI store to help you get started. Be persistent about getting them to order. (One or two purchases will qualify you to become an Executive Affiliate without having to use any of your money to get upgraded.)

Always remember, your first goal is to REPEAT the contacting process until you find 1 or 2 people out of the list to share your vision of success using SFI, that are coachable. If you are not successful within your "natural resource of friends and family", then you must broaden your search to people you don't know and the internet.

You must use several methods to advertise your SFI url online, and REPEAT the contacting process every day, until you find 1 or 2 people who will share your vision for success with SFI, that are coachable. Remember, the success formula? The first part is REPETITION.

We repeated one thing above over and over in every paragraph. Did you get it? You must master this element of Repeating the Process to find 1 or 2 persons who are coachable for as long as you are building your SFI business income. It will not stop. The day you stop advertising, is the day your SFI business will begin to die. You keep life in your business by REPEATING the PROCESS over and over to find new, coachable people to sponsor on your first level.

The art of repetition reminds me of a person that played professional football for the San Francisco 49ers. When he was recruited as a rookie wide-receiver out of a small college in Mississippi, he only got drafted in the 16th round. Top tier athletes always went in the 1st round, so he barely got noticed by the pro scouts.

When he first started practicing with the team, it has been told that he dropped almost every pass for the first 3 weeks of practice. But, when he did catch a pass, no matter where he caught it on the field, he would sprint full speed to the goal line as if he was in a real game running a touch down. He REPEATED this process EVERY TIME he caught the ball!

The veterans of the team would all laugh at him as a rookie trying to impress the coaches. Because of his consistent hard work habits, and this REPETITION during practice, over 18 years as an NFL player, he became the league's ALL-TIME LEADING pass receiver. If you are a football fan, you probably already know who he is, his name is JERRY RICE, a Hall of Famer! He became the most successful pass receiver of all-time on the most successful NFL team of all-time. How did it happen?

Over time, Jerry's work habits became infectious. When has fellow players, saw how successful he was becoming by his repetitiously dedicated work habits, they all join in and developed similar work habits. They ALL REPEATED the same habit of running the full length of the field during practice plays. They as a team, developed the winning spirit. They believed they would always win! And guess what? They won 4 Super Bowls during the 1980's because of it!

No one wins 100 percent of the time, and you will not sponsor a person with every ad you place or message you post. But, if you believe you will eventually sponsor someone, you will! Its just a matter of REPEATING the Process of advertising to find someone, over and over again.

That's what the first part of the Formula of Success, REPETITION will do. It will build within you a winning spirit.

By repeating the same process over and over to find 1 or 2 people who will share your vision of success with SFI, that are coachable, you will develop within you a will to succeed that will not be easily broken. Its been said, if you do anything for 30 straight days, it will become a habit that you can't easily break. This habit will become like a second nature. It will be like eating and drinking every day. Advertising for new affiliates is a good habit that you will not want to break, because it will lead you to your goal of success with SFI.

In the beginning, you will have to force yourself to "run full speed to the goal line every time" by repeatedly doing the things that will eventually lead to your success. Things like placing classified ads, posting forum messages, sending out prospecting emails, following up on new affiliates by email, joining groups, posting messages in groups, joining social networking profiles, etc. But, eventually you will start to yield results, and those results will fuel your motivation to continue full speed ahead towards your income goals.

Using this Rule of 1 x 2 when you find 1 person that is coachable, you will teach that person exactly what they need to do to become a success with SFI, and if they follow your lead, you will have duplicated yourself.

DUPLICATION is the second element in the Formula to Success with SFI.

Without duplication, you pretty much are just working on a regular commissions paying job. You do work today! You get paid today! You stop doing work tomorrow. You get paid ZERO tomorrow! The results will be a J-O-B. (Just over broke!)

We like to compare duplicating your SFI efforts by sponsoring 1 or 2 coachable people who share your vision of success with SFI, that are coachable to starting a Franchise business.

Every franchise operation has strict regulations that new franchisees must follow when they get started. They must follow them for 2 reasons. One, they are proven to work over time, and will lead to guaranteed success, and two, failing to follow them will cause mass confusion in the customers.

Let's take McDonald's for an example. Who in the world has not heard of McDonald's. Why is it that they repeatedly keep advertising? They are advertising to create in the public an image that associates the Golden Arches to good, fast food.

When you walk into any McDonald's in the world, to place your order all you have to do is pick a number. In every McDonald's, meal #1 is their highest profit order. Studies show that 66 percent of their patrons automatically place orders for the #1 meal selection, no matter what it is. What if a new franchisee didn't know that and placed the highest profit maker in the #3 position? He would start losing profits from day one!

Also, what if a new franchisee decided to put some other products on the ordering board. When customers walk in the McDonald's and looks up, they will look like a deer caught in the headlights at night, confused and dazed! Where's the Big Mac meal, where's the Double Cheeseburger meal, or the Fillet of Fish meal? What about the Happy Meal?

Everything about a franchise must be uniform according to regulation or the franchisee will get terminated. Everything all the way down to where they purchase toilet paper has a regulation.

With SFI its the same way. In our opinion, eighty-five percent of what it takes to be successful in SFI is not on their website, or in the forum. You need an affiliate website url, yes! You need a genealogy report to track your affiliates, yes! You need a compensation plan, yes! You need consumable products, yes!

But, 80 percent of the affiliates that join do not understand any of that stuff for weeks, if not months! Without a system that gives them something to do right away, they will just get confused and frustrated, just like the customer walking into a renegade McDonald's.

In an orderly system of getting started, it will take in consideration all the things new affiliates needs to know from day one. It will virtually guarantee a better start than just letting them figure it out without any coaching. Eventually, without a system, and not seeing the big picture, and no immediate income, they will just quit. They will move on to something else.

Duplication will eliminate the pitfalls for coachable new affiliates, just like in a franchise operation. Everyone you sponsor will not be coachable, or perhaps even understand English very well. We can't help them, and quite frankly we are not looking for them. That's life!

Another important thing about duplication. When it is done perfectly, it will GUARANTEE INCOME GROWTH! If you sponsored 2 people using a system that helped you find your first 2 in an orderly manner, what are the chances if you taught that same system to each one of those individuals, they would each have a similar result? Chances are about 95 to 100 percent! Are you beginning to see that group of 100,000 customers beginning to form using the Formula of Success?

Okay, lets get back to the Rule of 1x2. Let say you sponsored just 2, who sponsors 2, who sponsors 2, who sponsors 2, who sponsors 2, who sponsors 2, who sponsors 2. If you duplicated that perfectly and did the math, how many people will be in your 7-level downline? Or better said, how many customers will you have bought to SFI to make the minimum purchase each month of $30.00?

That's just repeating a process of advertising every day until you found 2 individuals that share your vision of success with SFI, that are coachable. Then, duplicating that process by coaching those 2, and they repeated and duplicate that process with their 2, and so on through the 7 levels of SFI's compensation plan. That's the beginning power of REPETITION and DUPLICATION!

However, it must be done in an orderly system of doing things to make it work. Here's an example of the processes that The Roc Group promotes:

All new affiliates must accept SFI's optin notification email to validate their account.
All new affiliates must complete Smart Start Training, immediately after joining
All new affiliates must start their business with a business name in their SFI account.
All new affiliates must have a picture in their SFI account profile.
All new affiliates must send for the business setup info at: abc_123@easy.com
All new affiliates must update their automatic new affiliate greetings letter.
All new affiliates must get the intro website Money Machine Income Builder
All new affiliates must execute a 1st advertising campaign that will teach them what they have to do repetitiously day in and day out to succeed.
All new affiliates must within 30 days upgrade to Executive Affiliate, and maintain your status as an EA by making monthly purchases.
All affiliates must send our follow up letters after receiving new affiliate email notifications.

These are 10 fundamentals of building a 100,000 group of consumers in SFI. We didn't mention where to go to place your repetitious advertising. We have all the tools available to succeed. These 10 steps are what The Roc Group has been doing over the last 10 months to grow our business.

What are the chances of someone who follows our system, not having a similar or greater success then us, if they follow our example perfectly? There is virtually no chance that they will fail.

All new affiliates have to do is be coachable, and JUST DO IT day in and day out until they get 1 or 2 people that share their vision of success with SFI, that are coachable! Then, duplicate the process with them by teaching them our system!

EXAMPLE: The Roc Group has 6 Team Leaders in our downline. Every one of them became a Team Leader by using our marketing system. Out of 6400 affiliates, NO ONE ELSE has figured out a way to sponsor just 5 Executive Affiliates on their first level, conducting business in SFI using any other marketing system! That includes the method to building your business that is taught on the SFI website!

You will not get rich with just 128 people purchasing products from SFI because of you beginning the process of repetition in advertising and duplication by coaching just 2 people how to do the same.

Let's be honest! On the average currently, SFI pays about $1.86 for every Executive Affiliate in your downline more or less depending if your position is just an EA or Team Leader. So $1.86 times 128 ($238) will get you a good night out on the town with your significant other in any major city in the world. You will by no means be considered rich or even well-to-do! But, at least that income would come in every month, automatically and it will grow each month!

That brings us to the next required part of the Formula of Success, namely MULTIPLICATION!

To progress to success in SFI you must qualify to become a Bronze Team Leader (BTL). To do that you must sponsor at least 5 Executive Affiliates on your 1st level, who will share your vision of success in SFI, and are coachable. They too, will follow your lead by following the system as outline above. They will be repetitious in advertising to find 5 affiliates that share their vision of success with SFI, and are coachable. So lets use that 5 EAs qualifying number, after applying the Formula of Success:

1x5x5x5x5x5x5x5 = 78125

78123 perfectly coachable Executive Affiliates that share your visison of success with SFI. Now using the current average commission per EA in your downline of $1.86 each, your monthly income is $145, 312. Now that's a big WOW!

How many people did you have to repeatedly advertise to find to get all this started? Just 5! Then, you applied the system of duplication to perfectly coach them what they should also be doing to find their first 5. That's it!

Its been said that everyone that has been perfectly taught will be exactly like their teacher! That's a rule that will make you rich with the SFI compensation plan, if you follow it!

What if some where along the way, you decided you wanted to quit and do something different, since your SFI income was only $11.00 a month and you had been working hard day and night advertising? Heck, that is less then 1/2 of what it takes to cover your minimum payment to be an Executive Affiliate, perhaps your wife or husband will say.

What if you got lazy and did not have the repetition mentality of Jerry Rice that's necessary to find 5 people to become EA that were coachable? What if you didn't follow your Upline Sponsor's lead and duplicated the process to perfection by following up with every one of your new affiliates with a letter that says the same thing?

You will not teach your new affiliates to do something you are not doing or don't believe in yourself. It would be impossible to grow your downline into 7 FREE affiliates least to say, 78,125 Executive Affiliates.

Just like a new baby, it all starts at the beginning for everyone. Your growth will depend directly on Y_O_U! No one will do it for you, but then again no one can keep you from doing it either! Its not about the marketing plan. Its been proven to work! Its all about the MAN or WOMAN!

Lets take it a few step further. To be really successful and progress in SFI you need to become a Silver Team Leader! To qualify you must have at least 10 people on your 1st level who share your vision of success with SFI, who are coachable. If you think the money was tremendous as a Bronze Team Leader with just 5 EAs on your first level, double that income as a STL.

What about the top position, a Platinum Team Leader. To qualify all you need is 20 people on your first level who share you vision of success in SFI, and are coachable. The income will double again!

Okay, Let's Be Real Again and Come Back Down To Earth!

Using our marketing system, The Roc Group has sponsored over 360 affiliates in the first 10 months in SFI. That's consistently 1 affiliate per day, on the average. Many days here lately, there are 2 to 3 new affiliates. Some days there are none. We have sponsored as high as 7 affiliates in one day!

We have personally sponsored over 35 affiliates in that 363 number, that upgraded to EA for at least 1 month. Currently, this month, it appears that we will have 11 or 12 EA's on our first level. What happened to all the others?

Do you remember what we kept saying almost in every other paragraph above? You must find 1 or 2 people that share your vision of success with SFI, that are coachable.

Ninety-five percent of the people who join SFI do not have any vision for the future. They can only see what they can see with their eyes, today! They might get started and follow our Yahoo Groups Income Building Plan and join 300 Yahoo Groups during their excitement phase, and then sit back and wait on the money.

When it doesn't come immediately, or quick enough, by the second or third month, they quit and stop making their monthly product purchase! We can not help them. They will be quitters the rest of their lives! Just like they've probably quit at other things, too!

A person with vision, will see the big picture we painted above. Vision is something you see with your minds eye that will happen at a future date. Doing what everyone else is doing today, is a guaranteed recipe for failure, financially in the future! According to financial experts, 97 our of 100 people that start a job at 18, will retire with less then $2000.00 in the bank at age 65. That's after working over 45 years getting paid for what they do, without duplicating their efforts!

So don't get discouraged when your EA's quit. We have had a Bronze Team Leaders quit, while they were earning a small profit every month. Their income was even covering their monthly product purchase! They follow our marketing system for 2 just months.

We have also recently had a Bronze Team Leader come back into SFI, after having sold his business to someone else. So you will never know. Just keep working hard doing the repetitious things that leads to success, and the rest will take care of themselves.

One final note: Even if you were only 3 percent successful at applying the Formula of Success, the money will eventually blow your socks off! That doesn't take into account the fact that the average monthly commission with SFI will not stay at $1.86 per EA!

The Roc Group predicts that within 5 years, the average commission per EA will be as high as $3.00 or more.. That's because the more money EAs earn, the more they will start transfer buying from local stores and purchase all the comparable products that SFI offers. Who said you had to go to college to earn a professional income?

Let's talk about the time it takes to earn your income. Doctors work on the average of 50 to 60 hours per week. If they are in private practice, their overhead starts at $6000 to $15,000 per month, before debt repayment and their take home pay. They have to either keep their hands in someone's mouth or some other body cavity to keep their income rolling. You have to be a serious person to complete the 8 year requirement to become a doctor.

As a professional Network Marketer, you should take your business serious, too! Working 10 to 15 hours per week over 12 to 36 months, your monthly income should build to an average of $4000 to $8000. Unlike a doctor, once you get your income growing, it will not matter much what you do to keep it growing, since you are getting paid because of the efforts of ten's of thousands of others. Not just your own efforts!

What would you have to do to earn solid future income increases? Continue to work 10 to 15 hours per week! By simply responding to your ever growing downline's inquiries, and promoting your business website url. That's it!

How much will it cost to get your Network Marketing business in profit and in a steady growth mode?

With SFI all it takes is an average of $100 to $200 over a 3 to 6 month period. If you are as serious and as dedicated as a medical student about doing the work required for success, you will start by creating a massive advertising campaign from the day you get your business started. By doing that, you should acquire a minimum of 1 Executive Affiliate per month.

In SFI, 3 Executive Affiliates on your 1st level will pay you a minimum of $32 per month. That would get you in profit and cover the qualification cost of the monthly International Association Of Home Business Entreprenuers membership.

You must start out with a 24 month plan to success. It may take less or more, but focus on 24 months. That means, you should not expect to earn much money in the beginning. Just like a medical student, you will be required to work hard for Z-E-R-0 money!

You can also expect to pay money for a few months and only earn about one-third of what you pay. That's a fact! That income is also GUARANTEED! Most people get the idea that the money will come in for just signing up as an Executive Affiliate. NOT!!! At lease not for a while, if you don't promote your business every day!

Building a network marketing income, no matter which company, is like riding a bicycle up a steep hill. You must peddle hard at first, and the closer you get to the top, the more difficult it will become to stay focused and motivated.

You are going to think to yourself, "I will never make it. I'll just quit!" If you do, you are guaranteed to fail. If you keep peddling, you may go a little slower, but you will be making steady progress towards your goal.

Once you make it to the top, it all downhill from there. You will not have to do any peddling to ride down the hill. By making it to the top through hard work, your income will grow with virtually no effort. Just like riding a bike downhill.

This is the best analogy I've ever heard to explain perfectly what building an income with a Network Marketing company is all about. Simply, in the beginning you will work hard for little to no money. Then at some point, you will start to earn a lot of money for doing a little to no work!

Another one is like the doctor above. Imagine how hard it is to earn a medical license. Most students live very poorly while doing this hard studying. But, once doctors get to the top of the hill of study and learning, their income will be there in an abundance.

The flip side for doctors though, is they have BIG medical loans debt. Plus, they have to actually "work" for every dollar they receive. Professional network marketers have absolutely Z-E-R-O debt, while earning a similar if not even greater net income. Plus, professional network marketers don't get paid for what they are doing currently, they get paid for what they started from the beginning.
